Registration for the conference can be done after creating a user account in the registration system (button above). 

Please save the entered e-mail (user ID) and password, use them when registering for future events or when sending an abstract.

After filling out and sending a simple registration form, you will be sent an e-mail with a link to online payment by card / advance invoice for payment by bank transfer.

Registration fees

Early registration (by April 30, 2026): 9000 CZK (approx. 360 EUR)

Standard registration (from May 1, 2026): 9500 CZK (approx. 380 EUR)

Registration fee includes the following: access to the scientific meeting, meeting materials, coffee breaks, social dinner with sightseeing tour of Prague (VAT included).

Cancellations and refund

The Conference secretariat must be notified by e-mail at amca@amca.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration.

Cancellation received

before April 15, 2026: full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 150 CZK will be deducted

from April 16 to May 1, 2026: 50 % of the registration fee

from May 1, 2026: no refund
